I mustve been 8 when I was sitting under the tree shaking my presents. I felt that one of the boxes was definitely a shoe box, and was certain that I'd finally be getting the jazz shoes that I'd always wanted. Turns out it was a copy of The Rescuers Down Under on VHS, and my mom was trying to deceive me. I still want those damn jazz shoes...
